The major international convention and exhibition centre and its surroundings are set to undergo a significant transformation into a vibrant, mixed-use neighbourhood. The project aims to integrate residential, commercial, and public spaces, creating a dynamic and sustainable urban environment that strengthens the connection between the city and its inhabitants.
