What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Please be aware that we might edit our privacy policy in the future.
Email
Any email that you send to one of our general mailboxes (i.e. info@nudus.eu, pr@nudus.eu, work@nudus.eu) will be archived for 12 months. After this period emails will be automatically deleted.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Business Relationships: Personal data from our business relationships is processed to provide our products and services in a well and effective manner. The personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes:

Job applications:
In order to decide whether or not to accept an applicant or to answer an application letter, we process the following personal data:

– Sex
– Date of birth (if supplied)
If the applicant gives permission, their data can be kept for a longer period in case another job becomes vacant. For this we use a period of 6 months after the registration process has ended, in our privacy policy.
Automated decision-making:
NUDUS B.V. does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without the presence of a person (for example, an employee of NUDUS B.V.).
How long we keep personal data:

The website of NUDUS B.V. only uses technical and functional cookies. These cookies are used by the Google Analytics service to keep statistics of our website. This is done by the Google company.
The statistics show the visiting and clicking behavior on the website. This way we optimize the information that can be seen on the site. These data are not provided to third parties by NUDUS B.V.. You can opt out of cookies by configuring your internet browser to no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via your browser settings. On our website we use portions (videos) of YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company owned by Google. That’s why we use YouTube’s ‘enhanced data protection mode’ option.
